Board of Zoning Adjustments
The Board of Zoning Adjustments hears and decides upon applications for zoning matters, makes recommendations to the City Council on planned unit developments, considers modification of requirements and restrictions for fences, walls and hedges, and makes recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding amendments to the Zoning Code. The BZA has seven members who serve four-year terms. The BZA meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
