| | Downtown TOD CAC Schedule The Downtown Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is a 27-member committee that has been appointed by the City Council to guide the preparation of the Downtown Transit-Oriented Development Strategy. The Committee typically meets on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the Sister Cities Gallery Room, unless otherwise advised. All meetings are open to the public.
