The City has ten (10) boards and commissions, each with a specific role and purpose in maintaining the quality of our community and building a solid, progressive future. The City encourages you to help realize a vision for the future by becoming involved and serving as a City board or commission member.
Below is a list of available board and commission positions due to unscheduled vacancies. See the Notice of Vacancy for details.

At the end of each year, the City publishes a Local Appointments List to show the expiring appointed terms for the coming year. Below is a list of unfilled board and commission positions.
Library-Historical Commission - District 3

To apply, submit a completed Board and Commission Application to the City Clerk's Office. You can submit an application anytime. Submitted applications are active for two years. The City will contact you as openings occur.
Rent Review Board applicants must also complete and submit a Supplemental Questionnaire with the application.
The City Council makes appointments to other local agencies. When there are available positions, information will be shown in this section.
