Personnel Relations Board

The Personnel Relations Board adopts and amends the City's Personnel Rules, provides advice regarding personnel matters upon request to City officials, approves extensions to or the abolishment of employment eligibility lists, approves and amends class specifications, and hears appeals regarding public safety industrial disability retirements. The Board has five members who serve four-year terms. The Personnel Relations Board meets the third Thursday of the first month of each calendar quarter at 5:30 p.m. in the Human Resources Conference Room at City Hall.
