| | Recreation and Parks Commission Recreation and Parks Commission
The Recreation and Parks Commission makes recommendations to the City Council regarding policies for the management and improvement of all properties used for leisure purposes by the City, plans for the future development of recreation and cultural programs in the City, and reviews and recommends user fees for recreation services. The Commission has nine members who serve four-year terms. The Recreation and Parks Commission meets the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Helen Lawrence South Offices Conference Room at City Hall Civic Center.
