Vendor Registration

Vendor Registration

Any vendor can register to receive email notification of bid and quote opportunities from the City of San Leandro. Notices of bid and quote opportunities are sent via email to those vendors registered in the category related to the bid.  The City does not guarantee that registered vendors will be contacted this way, and does this as a optional courtesy service.  We recommend that prospective bidders and vendors monitor the City website and the Hayward Daily Review for bid opportunities.

Bid opportunities are posted on the City's website and advertised in the Hayward Daily Review. Requests for Quotes are either posted on the website or sent directly to registered vendors.

Once you have registered, the City will not remove your registration from the notification system unless requested to do so, or if we receive notice that your registered email is undeliverable.

Most documents are made available in the Purchasing Division Office for those who wish to pick them up in person. Documents can also be mailed upon request; most bid documents are posted to the website.  Certain bid documents such as construction documents, blueprints, etc., may be made available for purchase due to the cost involved in preparation and duplication.
