Discover It at the Library - a FREE event!

On September 19 from 11am to 3pm the Main Library will host our first-ever “How To” festival. More than 40 topics will be presented by local experts during the four hour event, and you are invited to stop by to learn a little about a lot! In twenty minutes or less, you may discover how to relax with yoga, dance along to Michael Jackson’s iconic “Thriller” video, afford your first home in San Leandro, prepare your child for school, brew beer at home, and much more.

Multiple indoor and outdoor stations will be set up throughout the Main Library and adjacent meeting room areas to accommodate a rotating schedule of short presentations and hands-on activities from city departments, library staff, local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other community members.
