FREE - CelebrateHER: Women's Equality Day Celebration (History Museum)

The festivities will be held on the Casa Grounds and History Museum (320 W. Estudillo Avenue) from 10am-1pm. A poster exhibit honoring women past and present for their work in supporting issues related to women will be on display in the museum, along with an exhibit about suffrage. The event will include art, film, kids’ activities and storytime with Miss Penny Peck. The official program will be short and will begin at 10:30am with a welcome by Mayor Cutter and brief history talk by author Elaine Elinson. The event is free and open to the public, no registration required. Join us to Celebrate Her.
