Please provide a list of all site addresses you wish to review and your telephone number. We will contact you for a file review appointment within five to seven working days.

Reviews are scheduled for weekdays between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A copier/scanner is available. Scanning to your USB drive is free. There is a charge of 10¢ per page for photocopies.
