| | Citywide Garage Sale & Recycling Event Registration Neighborhood Cleanup Day Saturday, June 1The City's Neighborhood Cleanup event is designed to promote reuse and recycling of unwanted household goods. Host a Garage Sale at your house in the morning. The City will advertise participating households in the San Leandro Times (registration by May 23, 2013 is required). Later, drop-off electronics, appliances, tires, wood, fluorescent lamps, batteries, mattresses and scrap metal at Alameda County Industries (ACI).
Events are open to all San Leandro residents. To register to participate, fill out the form below. If you are registering for the Citywide Garage Sale, please note you must register by May 23, 2013 for advertising in the San Leandro Times.
 Citywide Garage Sale - 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
Host a garage sale at your home. The City will provide free advertising including a map and listing in the May 30 edition of the San Leandro Times.

Recycling Event - 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Bring electronics, wood/yard trimmings, scrap metal, appliances, mattresses, batteries, fluorescent lights and tires to Alameda County Industries (ACI) for recycling.

Residents that sign up will receive garage sale information and/or a postcard invitation to access the recycling event at least one week prior to the event. |
