The Facilities Division manages the maintenance and upgrades to 50 City owned buildings covering approximately 500,000 square feet of space.
The work performed includes general and preventive maintenance services involving heating and air conditioning, plumbing, lighting and electrical systems, roofing, wall and floor care, pool service, office moves and modifications, general services and cleaning services.
The section also manages smaller building capital replacement projects.
