The Facilities Division manages the maintenance and upgrades to 49 City owed buildings covering over 430,000 square feet of space.

The work performed includes general and preventive maintenance services involving heating and air conditioning, plumbing, lighting and electrical systems, roofing, wall and floor care, pool service, office moves and modifications, general services and cleaning services.

The section also manages building capital replacement projects and City vehicle maintenance.
