From San Francisco Bay, South of the Oakland International Airport, the San Leandro Marina Channel Lights are located at:

The Channel is approximately two miles long with a width of 200 feet. The Channel received a partial dredge to -5MLLW in 2009. Boaters should look at tide tables and use caution when traveling the channel and Marina Harbor. There are 14 channel markers maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard, six of which have flashing lights.
For transient boaters, the charge is $20.00 per night for vessels 59 feet and under and $40.00 per night for vessels 60 feet and up. For more information, see Berthing Fees.
Both diesel and unleaded gasoline are available. Cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. The hours of the fuel dock are 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Vessel sewage holding tank pump out stations are also available at no charge 24 hours per day at the fuel dock.
