This is a joint project between the City of San Leandro’s Recreation and Parks Department and the two school districts that fall within the city, San Leandro and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts (SLUSD and SLZUSD). The Master Plan will be prepared by a consultant team led by WRT Design, an interdisciplinary team of planners, urban designers, architects, and landscape architects. The consultant team also includes PROS Consulting, which specializes in parks and recreation management; ETC Institute, a market-research firm that specializes in the design and administration of market research for governmental organizations; and CSW | ST2, a civil engineering firm.
