NEW: Small Business Window Repair Grants

Deadline to submit: 5PM, Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

Although the state of emergency in California has been lifted, many San Leandro businesses and property owners have not recovered from the impacts of the pandemic and are having to make tough decisions on how to spend their money. In some cases, this includes deferring repair and replacement of damaged windows. To help restore the businesses' and community's appearances, the City of San Leandro has developed a Window Repair Grant. These grants will not need to be repaid.

Grants are available for up to $4,900 to businesses and property owners located in San Leandro for window repair and other glass replacement needed to improve the exterior appearance of the building. Actual grant amounts will vary, based on professional bids submitted with the application, but will not exceed $4,900.

More information is available on the COVID-19 Business Resources Page.
