If you would like to ride with a San Leandro Police Officer during his/her normal tour of duty, you may do so if you are at least 18 years of age and meet one of the following criteria:
- Live in San Leandro
- Own a business in San Leandro
- Are currently an applicant for a Police position
If you qualify for a ride-along, please contact Sergeant Steve Cesaretti via email for a ride-along. Please state the reason you wish to participate, as well as your contact information. You will be contacted at a later date with the specific time and date of your ride-along. Typically, ride-alongs last 4 to 5 hours.
Due to COVID restrictions, Ride-Alongs will not be available until further notice.
