Meeting Rooms

The San Leandro Public Main Library has a limited number of meeting rooms available for rental.

The rooms available for reservations are the Trustees, Conference Room B, Conference Room C, Lecture Hall, Karp Room, and the Estudillo Room. 

Reservation requests must be during the Main Library’s current hours of operation: 


Mondays 10 am - 7:45 pm

Tuesdays 10 am - 7:45 pm 

Wednesdays 10 am - 7:45 pm 

Thursdays 10 am - 7:45 pm 

Fridays 10 am - 4:45 pm 

Saturdays 10 am - 4:45 pm 

Sundays 10 am - 1:45 pm

To apply for a meeting room rental, follow these steps  below:


Step 1Complete registration for an ACTIVENet account. Your email in ACTIVENet should match the email in your application.Click on this link to register for an ACTIVENet Account.
NOTE: This webpage will reference Recreation and Human Services and this is the correct link that will lead to the Library Meeting Room Calendar.
Step 2Fill out a meeting room application. Reservation dates must fall between July 1 - December 31, 2023.


One of the following meeting room applications must be completed and signed*:

Step 3Email your completed and signed meeting room application.

Step 4Await confirmation. 
Thank you for your patience as meeting room requests will be addressed within a 15 business day period.		 Your meeting room rental reservation will  be confirmed when you receive: 
  • an ACTIVENet permit 
        and
  • an approved signed application.

Manor Branch Library

Meeting room reservations are currently not being accepted for Manor Branch Library. 

San Leandro Department of Recreation Facility Reservations

San Leandro's Department of Recreation offers a variety of parks, pools, and community rooms for public programs that are also available for rent by residents and non-residents of San Leandro. Insurance requirements and regulations may vary by facility. For information about Recreation Facilities, please call 510-577-3462.
