Downtown San Leandro Farmers' Market
The San Leandro Farmers' Market offers the best in fresh, locally-grown fruits and vegetables and family fun all summer long.
Every Wednesday between April and October (the exact schedule varies from year to year), from 3 - 7 pm, the Main Library parking lot at 300 Estudillo Avenue will be transformed into a vibrant marketplace of sweet, juicy, tree-ripened fruits; delicious, healthy, just-picked vegetables; beautiful fresh-cut flowers; gourmet foods; and tasty snacks.
Be there each week to enjoy the best of local produce, the best in family fun, and the best of your community. The San Leandro Downtown Farmers' Market 2023 Season will run from April 5 through October 4.
There will be up to 30 vendors at the 2023 Farmers’ Market, including San Leandro’s Hummus Heaven. Popular vendors Jaden’s Kettle Corn, Double R Honey Farms, Stueve Organic Family Farms, Lemus Farms, Bunbao, and the Fruit Tree will be at the market, as well as Tamales Martha Claudia. Live music will return on a weekly basis, this year coordinated by the Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association in collaboration with the San Leandro Library.
Free parking for the new location will be available on the first and fourth floors of the Downtown Parking Garage starting at 3PM on Wednesdays during the market season. The garage is located at 122 Estudillo Avenue and may be accessed from either Callan or Estudillo Avenues. (Visit www.parksl.com for more information). There is also ample street parking on both Callan Street and Estudillo Avenue, adjacent to the Library parking lot. Entry to the Library parking lot will be closed on Callan Street, and partially closed on Santa Rosa Street. The entry on Estudillo Avenue will remain open.
San Leandro businesses and organizations are encouraged to participate in the Merchant at the Market program, which offers a table for local businesses to set up a promotional stall and connect with the community. For more information on the Merchant at the Market opportunity, view the 2023 Merchant at the Market and Community Services Booth Program Rules. For additional information, please contact the Pacific Coast Farmers' Market Association.
