Personnel Rules and Policies

The City of San Leandro Personnel Rules provide policy direction on the administration of the merit personnel program. The Personnel Rules were adopted by the Personnel Relations BoardOpens in New Windowand approved by the City Council to assure appointments, promotions, and disciplinary actions are consistent and in the best interest of the City.

The Employer-Employee Relations Resolution establishes procedures for the administration of employer-employee relations between the City and its employee organizations and for resolving disputes regarding wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
