Virtual Lawyers in the Library is a free legal information and referral program provided in partnership with Legal Access Alameda.

Lawyers in the Library is a free legal information and referral program provided in partnership with Legal Access Alameda. Anyone can book a 15-minute one-on-one appointment with a lawyer. The lawyer can provide information on most legal questions. All appointments are confidential. This program is only offered over the phone by appointment only.

We offer over-the-phone appointments on the 1st Wednesday & 3rd Thursday of the Month.

Appointments can go for a maximum of 15 minutes. Due to the limited availability of appointments, a person is limited to 1 appointment per month.
