1. Why join?

• Joining a reading program is a fun way to stay engaged with reading and learning - and you get a free book just for signing up, plus prizes along the way to 100 books. But most importantly, reading is good for you!
• Young people who read for pleasure and enjoyment do better academically and socially, and see improvement in their emotional health and well-being. Additionally, reading for pleasure can reduce stress and cure boredom.

Check out our booklists. You are not required to read the books on the lists, they are just suggestions. Feel free though to challenge yourself to read as many as you can!
