The City is seeking qualifications from experienced transportation engineering consulting firms to enter into an Agreement for Consulting Services to provide transportation engineering services on various projects.   Services may include planning, design, CAD drafting, integration, implementation and procurement of software programs for traffic signals and intelligent transportation systems; responsive and adaptive signal systems; signal timing and coordination; pedestrian and bicycle facilities; transit related improvements; impact analysis and modeling; data collection and analysis; traffic calming; streets and intersection improvements; parking, construction support; systems integration; transportation planning; grant application; community outreach; and design and analytical software programs in Transportation Engineering.  Project definition will take place at time of project assignment.

 The City is requesting qualifications from transportation engineering consulting firms with extensive experience in providing aforementioned services for similar communities in northern California. The Transportation Section intends to select up to two qualified firms who will be placed on an official list of qualified consultants who will be called upon to provide relevant services on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. The selected two firms will be maintained on the City’s official list for a three-year period.
