SAN LEANDRO, CA: The City of San Leandro and Alameda County Public Health Department are co-hosting a free COVID-19 Mobile Vaccination Clinic on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the San Leandro Senior Community Center located at 13909 East 14th Street.
Persons 18 years and older who have not yet received a COVID-19 vaccination are strongly encouraged to participate to receive the single dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Please bring your government-issued identification card and health insurance card (private health insurance, Medicare, or Medi-Cal). If you do not have insurance, you can provide a driver’s license card or any form of identification that verifies your date of birth. There is no charge for the vaccination, and no one will be turned away due to insurance status or identification. COVID-19 Safety Guidelines and Procedures will be administered during the clinic to maintain proper safety protocols. Participants must wear a mask at the clinic.
