SAN LEANDRO, CA - Mayor Pauline Russo Cutter, Vice Mayor Victor Aguilar, and San Leandro City Councilmembers Fred Simon and Pete Ballew invite the community to a Town Hall meeting scheduled for Monday, July 12, 2021. The virtual meeting will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is geared towards residents of San Leandro City Council Districts 3, 4, and 6, comprising the western portions of the city. The town hall meeting for the eastern portions of the city was held on May 10th

WHAT:          Districts 3, 4, & 6 Town Hall

WHEN:          Monday, July 12, 2021 – 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

WHERE:       Zoom Video & Phone Conferencing Software (Please visit Meeting Central 72 hours before the scheduled meeting for current Zoom Link)  

The schedule for the evening will include brief updates from Mayor Cutter and the three Council members. The updates will include the City’s response to COVID-19, impacts to the City budget stemming from the pandemic, and updates on various projects or programs from across the city. The event format will also include Zoom breakout rooms for the public to ask questions or share feedback and concerns with their district councilmember. 

“As our community continues to emerge from the pandemic, we look forward to sharing news and updates that matter most to our residents. The Q&A portion of the meeting with the addition of the Zoom breakout rooms will allow significant time for residents to provide comments, ask questions, or share ideas with their elected City representatives,” said Mayor Cutter.  

Interpretation services for the hearing impaired or language translation are available when requested at least three working days before the meeting. Members of the public uncertain of the Council District in which they reside are encouraged to view the City Council District Map.
