About MySL (Mobile 311)

The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. In light of recent events related to COVID-19, the City has declared a State of Emergency. An Extended Shelter-In-Place Order issued by the Alameda County Health Officer is currently in effect and City Hall remains closed to the public until further notice. We greatly appreciate your patience during this challenging crisis.

Please email complaints related to the Shelter In Place Order to Covid19@sanleandro.org instead of entering into MySL.

As part of the Community Care initiative, The City of San Leandro's MySL is a mobile 311 application and website for residents to quickly and easily report city-wide maintenance issues.

Please note that MySL is NOT monitored real-time 24/7. To report an immediate concern or emergency, please contact the San Leandro Police Department (non-emergency number) at 510-577-2740 or dial 911.

Residents can now report issues for any of the following:

  • potholes
  • sidewalk damage
  • code violations
  • overgrown vegetation
  • trash, debris and litter
  • abandoned and illegally parked vehicles
  • signage
  • public property concerns

We highly encourage residents to sign up for an account through the MySL application to track inquiries and follow up on the status of the reported concern.
