Brian Copeland 

Brian has been in show business since he first stepped on the comedy stage at age 18. Soon, he was headlining clubs and concerts across the country and opening for such artists as Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, Ringo Starr, and Aretha Franklin, in venues from The Universal Amphitheater to Constitution Hall in Washington DC. Copeland then branched off into television, appearing on comedy programs on NBC, A&E and MTV. He spent five years as co-host of San Francisco FOX affiliate KTVU breakfast program Mornings on 2. For two years Copeland was the host of San Francisco ABC affiliate KGO's Emmy Award winning afternoon talk show 7Live. His first network special, Now Brian Copeland, premiered on NBC after Saturday Night Live for West Coast audiences in January 2015. In 1995, KGO Radio premiered The Brian Copeland Show. With his unique blend of humor and riveting talk, the program was the most listened to program in its time slot, reaching more than 100,000 listeners.

Copeland's other theatrical work includes, Not a Genuine Black Man, a unique blend of laughter, tears, and social commentary, The Scion, a tale of privilege, murder, and sausage, which received its World Premiere at The Marsh in January 2014, and the critically acclaimed Christmas classic, The Jewelry Box. Also, at The Marsh is The Waiting Period, a show about depression that’s not a depressing show and has even saved lives. His next play will debut at The Marsh this fall called Grandma & Me: An Ode to Single Parents.  Taking place at various locations including The Marin Center, is The Great American Sh*t Show. Copeland has joined forces with solo performance star, Charlie Varon and together they present monologues on life in the current times. Sandy Stec 

Sandy is 1/2 of “Marcus and Sandy”- a highly rated morning radio show in San Francisco on Star 101.3. (Weekdays, 6am-10am.) For almost 20 years, she’s worked her way up from a weekend shift in San Jose, to her current status- mornings in the 4th largest radio market in the country. Additionally, she can be heard on her sister-station in Los Angeles- KOST 103.5.

She is also a hilarious and HIGHLY booked stand-up comedian. She’s worked with greats like Kevin Hart, Chelsea Handler, Arsenio Hall, Dana Carvey, Craig Shoemaker, Richard Lewis, Brett Butler, and many, many more. She’s worked for corporations like HP, Benefit Cosmetics, Caymus Vineyards; and her recent Britney Spears parody “Snack B**ch” made it on TV’s “Right This Minute.”

Jake Johannsen 

Jake made his comedic debut at San Francisco’s Cobbs Comedy Club during an open mike night. In 1986, he won the 11th Annual San Francisco Stand Up Comedian Competition. Jake has appeared on “The Late Show with David Letterman" 45 times. He has appeared in the “HBO Young Comedian’s Special” and PBS’s “Comedy Tonight” series, and was the host of Comedy Central’s series, “Two Drink Minimum”. He has also been nominated as “Best Male Stand-Up Comedian” for the American Comedy Awards.

In 1992, he starred in his own HBO Comedy Special titled “This’ll Take About an Hour,” which premiered to rave reviews, and was named #36 in TV Guide's "The 100 Greatest Moments in Television" for that year. Jake also received an Ace Award nomination for best writing in an Entertainment Special for his work on that special.

Carlos Alazraqui 

Carlos is probably most often recognized as Deputy James Garcia on Comedy Central’s hit show RENO 911! A standup comic for over 25 years, he is also one of LA’s top voiceover actors with hundreds of credits to his name, including his recent return as Bane in the BATMAN vs, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES animated feature, Mike Wazowski in the KINGDOM HEARTS III video game, and Carlos Casagrande in Nickelodeon’s THE LOUD HOUSE. Other animated roles include Skylar in Disney’s ELENA OF AVALORMr. Weed on FOX’s THE FAMILY GUYLazlo on Cartoon Network’s CAMP LAZLO, and Mr. Crocker on Nickelodeon’s long running series FAIRLY ODD PARENTS. One of his most famous roles was the voice of The Taco Bell Chihuahua for TACO BELLfollowed by the arguably infamous role as Rocko in the hit 90’s Nickelodeon TV series, ROCKO’S MODERNLIFE. Carlos recently won the prestigious ANNIE AWARD for Outstanding Achievement in Voice Acting in an Animated TV/Broadcast Production THE MR. PEABODY & SHERMAN SHOW. Following his most recent role as the Guatemalan gangster in the NETFLIX comedy, TAKE THE 10, Carlos just wrapped production on his own feature-length live-action horror/comedy movie, WITNESS INFECTION as co-writer, producer, and on-screen role of MR. SERRELLI.

Joe Klocek

Joe had a two month "comic in residency" at the first comedy club in Shanghai, China.

Joe has been featured on NPR's, "Snap Judgement" and has also appeared on Comedy Centrals, "Live at Gotham" NBC's, "Last Comic Standing" and was commentator for the Emmy award winning documentary, "A Bridge so Far"

Co-Creator of the critically acclaimed storytelling show, "Previously Secret Information"

Joe has also been a runner-up in the "San Francisco International Comedy Competition" and the "Seattle Comedy Competition." Voted "Best Comic" in the 2011 SF Weekly Readers Poll. Joe has performed at every major comedy club in the country, including Alaska and is a regular on the Bay Area Comedy Scene.

Jann Karam

Jann’s numerous TV credits include The Tonight ShowThe Late Show with David Letterman, HBO’S Young Comedians SpecialThe Arsenio Hall ShowSeinfeldMad about You, How to Live with Your Parents (for the Rest of Your Life), Politically Incorrect, Norm, Dr. Katz, and many others. As a stand-up, she headlines across the country and regularly tours with SNL alumnus Dana Carvey.

Jann wrote and directed an award-winning short-film, Under the Big Muu-Muu, and has released two successful comedy albums—Live at the Blue Loon and Same Guy, Different Shirt—and, when scheduling permits, performs her critically acclaimed solo play Reclining Nude on La Cienega in Los Angeles theaters. She’s also written a book based on Reclining Nude’s theme:  a contemporary woman’s struggle to find peace and authenticity (and maybe a man who knows how properly to use a fork) amid life’s chaos. 


Dat Phan 

Dat Phan is the Original Winner of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” and is a Headlining Comedian touring live across the U.S. He has made numerous TV and movie appearances including “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “The Family Guy” voiceover, and “Cellular”. Dat appeared on "The Tyra Banks Show" speaking about diversity as well. His new show "Startup" was recently renewed for a second season on Sony's Crackle streaming channel.

Dat Phan has been included in The Smithsonian Institution’s exhibition of The Top 10 Most Influential Vietnamese-American Individuals.
