WHY SUMMER READING MATTERS

Summer Reading isn't just for fun  - it helps to prevent the "summer slide", which refers to the summer months when kids can lose the skills they’ve worked so hard on during the school year. Joining the Summer Reading Challenge is one fun way to beat the summer slide. Find more ways here.
