The BPAC consists of 12 members (2 from each council district). Members must live in the City of San Leandro in the Council Districts they represent. Committee membership is approved by the City Council.
The BPAC meets approximately twice a year, typically on the third Wednesday of the month. All meetings are open to the public.
The City of San Leandro is currently accepting applications from residents wishing to serve on the BPAC. There is one vacancy from council district 3 and 5. There are 2 vacancies in council district 6. BPAC applications are available until 5:00 pm, August 30, 2021.
